By purchasing any product or service from Modesty Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Content
   All digital resources, templates, and course materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of content without written permission from Modesty Academy is strictly prohibited.
2. Consultations
   Booking a 1:1 consultation reserves a specific time slot. Missed or canceled sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
3. Masterclasses
   Access to masterclass materials and recordings is limited to the purchaser and may not be shared. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is not allowed.
4. Resources & E-Templates
   All templates and resources remain the intellectual property of Modesty Academy. You may apply them for your own brand but may not resell or distribute them.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Modesty Academy is not liable for any business outcomes, profits, or losses resulting from the use of our content or services. All information is provided for educational purposes and should be applied with professional discretion.
